Pelvic Health

Pelvic health massage is targeted at the pelvic floor muscles, ligaments and connective tissues, all of which work together to support the pelvic organs. As massage therapists cannot access internal muscles, we focus on all muscles surrounding and inserting to the pelvic bones. This can be in conjunction with Pelvic Health Physiotherapy or as a stand alone treatment. Some of the conditions associated with Pelvic Health include:

Pregnancy (During and Post)
